Nothing was too much trouble and when one product I received was faulty they quickly rectified the problem and a replacement was delivered a week later. The flow of communication was terrific no matter who I spoke to. A special mention must go to Tracey, Charlotte and Olivia. Thank you so much for your professionalism.
