  Paid $110 for a doctor's appointment which was only to tell me to take a blood test (i.e.: I was none the wiser or better leaving this appointment), I was asked to make an appointment to hear my test results which upon arriving I found out was another $110. Besides not being impressed by this (and not being informed properly), the receptionist was extreeeemely condescending and told us 'this is private, I've never heard a complaint before about the cost'. Oookkk then. I only feel worse after visiting this clinic

  Management (-2/10) - One of the most pathetic clinic you will ever come across there are many reasons for this review. 1) These guys are greedy of money, I did my blood test couple of weeks ago and few days later I got a call from reception asking me to visit the clinic for discussing my reports, I booked my appointment and upon visiting the lady at the reception took an upfront fee (which I was fine with), upon meeting the doctor he said “The reports are not yet ready, I don’t know why you were called here”. I was never refunded the amount which I paid.
  
  2) This clinic lacks time management upon visiting the second time I was given an appointment for 5.20pm, the doctor came here at 6.10pm and then attended other waiting patients and by the time my turn came it was already 6.40pm.
  
  Not recommending this clinic based on the management issues. The service from the doctor was fantastic.

  Would not recommend this practice as it doesn’t deal effectively with legitimate patient complaints. Dr Jennifer Rothfield treated me disrespectfully by making negative comments and implying a family member she has never met has a condition he doesn’t have. I complained to the practice manager and my complaint was not resolved. I then asked to speak to the owner and this was denied.
  
  It’s great to hear from the owner after all. Dr Rothfield might not work there now but she most certainly did when I attended. I lodged a complaint with your practice which wasn’t effectively dealt with and did not acknowledge or rectify my distress at her comments and misconduct. My complaint was dismissed as a ‘communication breakdown’ So please don’t tell me to remove my post as I will not be doing that. I stand by my review.
  
  The practice manager at the time refused my request to speak with the owner and told me he works at another clinic.
  
  In future if you want to avoid these types of reviews perhaps you might want to look at managing patient complaints better and take appropriate action against doctors when they disrespect patients and cause them profound distress by making disparaging remarks during a time of family bereavement. All I wanted was an apology from the doctor but I never got that.
  
  I remain disgusted and appalled at what occurred. I just wanted to be treated with courtesy, dignity and respect at a very difficult time.

  I've been coming to Camberwell Junction Medical Clinic for approx 4 or more years now. This has been the best medical centre ive experienced in all my years.
  
  Although I've now moved to the Mornington Peninsula , I still travel to see the doctors here.
  
  Reception staff are very professional - including communications, answering my concerns and just lovely to deal with. Today, whilst attending my appointment I realised just how much they’re dealing with during this pandemic. Ladies you are doing a fantastic job.Thank you.

  Dreadful little clinic. Overpriced, surly and passive aggressive receptionists too. Shop around and find a better clinic. However, my doctor there was incredible. Complaint is with the clinic and money grubbing behaviour.
