  Ordered flowers for my wedding including bouquets, button holes and arrangements for an Arch and on wine barrels. Great service, price and beautiful arrangements! Highly recommended!

  Went in to grab some flowers and my 2 year old daughter took 2 of the small balloons on sticks near the counter and were looking at them in her hands whilst waiting for the flowers to be wrapped and paid. The lady asked if I was going to purchase the balloons too and when I said no she proceeded to tell my daughter to put them back before she had even finished wrapping the flowers. The store was empty. I understand she would be nervous if my daughter was holding delicate flowers or something expensive, but they were small balloons on a stick, my daughter is very gentle and was just admiring them in her hands and she acted like she was about to destroy them.
  We won't be back since you obviously don't like children.

  Bought this bunch for my GF for Valentines, she was delighted but by the time she unwrapped ( half an hour after being purchased) the bright pink flowers sadly disintegrated with a huge amount of green leaves also dropping.
  Upon closer inspection the stems were rotten where the flower head was moldy - these were certainly not fresh. The bunch that remained was duller without these feature flowers.
  
  These were gifted with loving intentions for Valentines day and not only was I horrified and embarrassed but my GF said she'd never seen flowers actually fall apart before her eyes quite like that.
  
  It is upsetting during this special time of the year, when flowers play such a significant and central part of Valentines day, that your quality control could not have been better.
  Sadly, did not expect this from a well established business like yours in my local community.
