- nick tschui Added June 08, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I could have saved myself around $4000 and a lot of stress resulting from threats of legal action, had I not, for sake of public interest, voiced the following opinion in my words and not the words in which this firm wished to dictate.
My experience with ARVIA over the course of nearly 2 years, left me of the opinion that I was Misled, Deceived and Failed in every aspect while feeling, locked in to a No-Win No-Fee arrangement, which when vacated due to, what I consider a lack of results, cost me a lot more money than anticipated.
MENZIES ARVIA was referred by the L.I.V (Law Institute Victoria), but then transitioned to become ARVIA LAWYERS during the course of our dealings. It was my desire to receive advice/ take action in matters relating to multiple issues within my Work Cover Claim and the significant consequences this had on my health.
I, personally could NOT recommend ARVIA LAWYERS.

They tried pretty hard.
It was a long process but finally after a 5 year fight an outcome was achieved that was way better than what was expected.
I have since been able to move forward with my life.
