  I went to Westpac Camberwell 3124 today to provide the bank some advice on my term deposit as per letter I received from bank.
  There was only one teller at bank, no one else!! There we’re lots of empty chairs and desks! Stood in a long queue and finally when it was my turn I explained the reason I was there and showed the letter to the teller! He looked confused! So after several explanations and rewording in a simple way he finally confessed that he hasn’t done this type of jobs before and told me to go back in 1 hour! He sounded rude and arrogant and he felt it’s unnessary to explain to me that in 1 hour there will be another bank assistant!!  I guessed he must be the branch manager then!
  I went back in 1 hour and waited again for half an hour! They were two tellers in the bank now. 
  The second teller walked out of her little office and looked at people! I said it’s my turn! She wasn’t happy about my note! She asked me to follow her into her room! She grabbed my letter and started typing on her PC! Not a word... no eye contact! She looked hysterical ... so I sat calmly and waited. Then she stopped, stood up and said to me: Done!!!
  What a nasty and terrible staffs!!! If you are not happy about your job or manager or you think you are overloaded , don’t bring it on the customers! 
  I’ll definitely close my bank account with Westpac and transfer my deposits to another bank of mine.
